Our client based in Winnersh requires a temporary candidate for a minimum 12 month period on a full time basis, Monday to Friday 100% office based. We need someone who can start immediately to receive a handover.

Key duties:

  • Posting supplier invoices
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Paying suppliers according to terms
  • Reconcile supplier accounts monthly
  • Processing of employee expenses, receipts, mileage etc
  • Control car fleet and mobile phones
  • Provide additional support for both the finance and administration department
  • Assisting with processing customer orders
  • Answering the incoming calls
  • distributing of mail daily
  • Meet and greet visitors and making beverages
  • Order stationary
  • Arrange lunches for meetings
  • Arranging routine building maintenance
  • Maintain telephone listings
  • Manage company mailbox

Key skills and experience required:

  • Good working knowledge of accounts payable functions using Sage
  • Close attention to detail
  • Good administrative and IT skills (including Microsoft suite)
  • Ability to interact well with other employees and department heads
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Have a can do attitude to muck in with the office and be part of the team

This will be a busy and varied role and needs someone with a can do attitude who enjoys being active in the office environment.
