Orka Financial is currently recruiting for a well known business in Reading who are looking for a n Accounts Payable Manager to join there team. This role is looking for an ASAP start and for the successful candidate to make an instant impact.Responsibilities
- Hands-on full purchase ledger maintenance; raising PO’s, chasing approvals, posting invoices in various currencies of various types of invoices such as vendor invoices, general overhead, subcontractor, employee travel reimbursements in a timely manner
- Creating reports using data pulled from Oracle
- Following up with clients and customers
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Continuous improvement of the AP function
- Manage and supervise the accounts payable department and staff.
Requirements
- Previous experience in managing an Account Payable function
- Efficient and methodical approach with good attention to detail
- The ability to work to monthly deadlines.
