Key Qualifications:
- Experience with Pick & Place Machines: Proven experience operating and programming pick & place machines.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of electronic components and assembly processes.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous and detail-oriented, ensuring high accuracy in component placement.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery and assembly processes.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Self-starter who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Team player who values collaboration and open communication.
Responsibilities:
- Operating and programming pick & place machines to assemble electronic components.
- Ensuring accurate placement of components on PCBs.
- Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting of pick & place machinery.
- Inspecting and verifying the quality of assembled boards.
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed.
- Contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
