What You'll Do:* Analyse and improve SEND, Early Years, Education Welfare, and School Transport processes.* Configure, develop, and implement new functionalities in MRI (Capita) One.* Design and enhance MRI (Capita) One portals and forms for better user experience.* Lead end-to-end system development projects, from requirements gathering to implementation.* Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end-users.* Manage change processes to ensure smooth system upgrades and feature rollouts.* Troubleshoot system issues with IT teams and vendors to ensure optimal performance.
What We're Looking For:* Extensive Business Analyst experience within local authority education services.* Strong expertise in MRI (Capita) One configuration, development, and portals.* Solid understanding of SQL, reporting tools, and technical integrations.* A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.* Experience leading system development projects and driving successful change management.
