Responsibilities:
- Follow standard food sanitation procedures.
- Follow kitchen and departmental policies, including health, safety, and detention policies and procedures.
- Monitor the line to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean work area, including wiping down work surfaces and cleaning and maintaining equipment.
- Follow safe work practices.
