Sous Chef

Set in beautiful 25 acres of land, Doubletree by Hilton St. Annes Manor, Wokingham is a stunning property only 30 minutes from Heathrow Airport. The Hotel has 170 bedrooms, 8 meeting rooms including the St Annes suite which can cater for up to 250

What we are looking for from you:

Ask yourself, are you someone who is totally customer focused to consistently deliver excellent service with informed, friendly and effective approach? Then youre a match, we need you.

Do you possess excellent communication skills, can you work on your own initiative and do you have a genuine desire to work in the hospitality industry? Then we want to hear from you as soon as possible.

As a Sous Chef you will:

• Be highly motivated, positive and talented
• Be able to take the lead in the absence of the Head Chef
• Be computer literate and be responsible for stock and order for the department
• Passion for service and presentation in everything you do
• Enjoy training so the team is as good as they can be
• Ensure you and your team have highest of standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health and safety.
• Level 3 Food Safety would be an advantage
