They would like a chef who is ambitious who can support the Head Chef. The food is of a 2AA rosette standard, using the best local produce available.
What's involved?
Ideally looking for someone with experience in working in a high quality fresh Restaurant/Pub environment. You must be able to lead by example and be able to inspire and motivate and train the junior chefs. The role will involve training and developing the team and working with the Head Chef and General Manager to offer the best possible experience for all guests.
