We are seeking a Director of IT to take ownership of IT operations, infrastructure, security, and digital transformation for a small but dynamic company / business group.

This role is ideal for a proactive, business-minded IT professional who thrives in a hands-on environment, balancing day-to-day technical operations with long-term IT strategy. You will work closely with senior leadership to align technology with business goals, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and security across all systems.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all IT operations, including infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
• Develop and implement IT strategy to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Ensure security best practices, compliance, and data protection across all systems.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments to maximize ROI.
• Provide hands-on technical support when needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve processes through technology.
• Develop IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans to minimize risk.
• Support internal teams by ensuring reliable IT support, tools, and training.

You:

• Proven experience in an IT leadership role, ideally within a small or mid-sized business.
• Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, and security.
• Ability to balance hands-on IT support with strategic planning.
• Experience managing IT budgets, vendors, and technology roadmaps.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
