The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a globally recognised leader in their industry to find an IT Manager EMEA to oversee IT operations across the EMEA region. This is a pivotal role where you’ll lead IT teams, enhance infrastructure, and ensure seamless service delivery while working closely with senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Manage IT Operations - Oversee applications, infrastructure, networking, and helpdesk support across multiple EMEA locations.
- Drive IT Strategy - Collaborate with global teams on security enhancements, digital transformation, and innovative solutions.
- Enhance Processes - Optimize SLAs, incident management, and change management to boost productivity and user experience.
- Security & Compliance - Spearhead IT governance, audits (ISO27001, SOC), and disaster recovery planning.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management - Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure value and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure/operations management
- Strong technical expertise in Azure, Cisco, VMware, O365, and Microsoft server stack.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage remote teams across UK/Europe.
- Exceptional problem-solving, multitasking, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- A proactive mindset—someone who thrives on process improvement and innovation.
