A well established interior and fit-out contractor is currently looking for an established Business Development Manager with a good knowledge of the London and South East interiors market.They will need to sales-oriented in approach and will have a proven track record of winning business opportunities from new Clients.
Key Deliverables / Job Role
- Generate suitable opportunities that will achieve the company’s targets and ambitions.
- Utilise market intelligence sources to identify leads for future business generation
- Create a quality Client base, identifying the right level of contacts and forming a strategic relationship with them
- Promote the division through visits and presentations
- Promote/ communicate business development strategy internally
- Raise the company profile in the marketplace and develop the company brand through marketing initiatives
- Assist in producing technical and marketing literature, business presentations and pre-qualification documents
