Are you a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager ready for an exciting new challenge in childcare?

As the Nursery Manager for a thriving nursery in Wokingham, you will play a pivotal role in leading the team to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years. You will ensure the highest standards of care, lead the nursery’s curriculum, and build strong relationships with parents and the local community.

We're looking for a dedicated Nursery Manager who will:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery in line with EYFS and Ofsted requirements.

  • Mentor and support a team of early years professionals, fostering a culture of continuous development.

  • Manage recruitment, staff training, and regular performance reviews.

  • Build positive relationships with parents and carers, ensuring open communication and a collaborative approach to child development.

We're especially keen to hear from people with:

  • Previous Nursery Manager experience, or a Deputy Manager looking to make the step up
  • Qualification - minimum Level 3 Childcare
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management
  • A passion for early childhood education and development
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety standards
