The Opportunity:

As a Customer Services Executive, you will be responsible for managing the company’s extensive client base. Working Monday to Friday in an office, you will deal directly with clients over the phone resolving any technical/ customer issue and resolving them. The business sell their products to a variety of manufacturers across the UK, therefore your role will be varied from day to day. Part of your role will include consultative suggestions on new products that could align to the business you are assisting.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Excellent Customer Services skills
  • ANY technical experience would be beneficial, either mechanical, industrial or electrical
  • Analytical mind, able to resolve issues in a calm manner
  • Someone confident, outgoing and a solid problem solver
  • Excellent communication skills and able to multitask and prioritise workloads.
