About the Role

An excellent opportunity for a Credit Control Specialist to manage a complex ledger and customer accounts at their UK head office. The role requires proactive management of overdue recovery, maintaining accurate data, and fostering relationships with customers and internal teams.

Duties will include:

  • Contacting business customers through phone, email, or mail to manage past-due accounts.
  • Addressing payment barriers and ensuring quick resolutions.
  • Managing accounts up to litigation where necessary.
  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with customers, sales, and office teams.
  • Reconciling complex accounts and resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

About the Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of credit control experience in a busy, fast-paced environment. They must possess exceptional Excel skills, including advanced reporting and data analysis capabilities. Strong communication abilities and a detail-oriented approach are essential. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
