My client, based in Wokingham, is looking for a Call Centre Operator to join their busy team! You'll be the first point of contact for their customers, playing a crucial role in maintaining the safety and efficiency of the local network.

Key Responsibilities:§    Receive and record calls, letters and emails from customers and other stakeholders onto the system§    Making outbound calls to book work, updating people§    Deal with email enquiries regarding works or issues with the network and appropriately supporting the supervisor in issuing a response team if needed to the location of the enquiry§    Pass information internally to other teams§    Run reports to assist in performance management queries and data collection§    Provide reports to contract teams and senior management of emergency callouts, number of enquires, calls received etc. §    Assist in various other ad hoc tasks that may have to be undertaken as and when required§    Calling lone workers at regular intervals for safety checks
