I have a lovely client in Wokingham who is currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Assistant to join their friendly team and offer first class customer care to their clients
- The main area of responsibility is to answer inbound emails and calls and assist existing and potential customers with all queries they may have.
- Raise paperwork
- Raise courier collections
- Liaise with couriers and customers to provide any additional information that is required to ensure a successful delivery.
- Answering and dealing with e-mail queries.
- Recording of all inbound and outbound calls ensuring that the customer files are updated.
- Liaise with internal colleagues to ensure that customer queries are being dealt with efficiently.
We are looking for candidates with :
- Good computer skills MS Office/Word/Excel.
- Good communication skills, with strong written and oral skills.
- Proven ability of self-management and capability of multi tasking.
- Methodical approach.
- Dynamic and self-motivated
- Ability to work to deadlines and ability to work with limited supervision.
An excellent salary of up to £27,000 is being offered with many benefits including 25 days holiday.
