They’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with in-depth expertise in Salesforce to take ownership of their Salesforce systems and collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimise performance.

Role Overview:As the Senior Data Analyst, you will have end-to-end ownership of the Salesforce platform, ensuring it is effectively configured and utilised to meet business needs. You will partner with Sales and Marketing teams to gather requirements, identify opportunities for system improvements, and implement adjustments to streamline processes and enhance decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the Salesforce platform, including configuration, optimisation, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable system changes.
  • Analyse sales, marketing, and operational data within Salesforce to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver customised dashboards, reports, and insights using Salesforce reporting tools and, where applicable, external BI tools.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality within Salesforce by implementing robust validation processes and governance.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage integrations with other tools such as HubSpot.
  • Leverage knowledge of HubSpot to support seamless integration and data synchronisation between platforms.
  • Implement enhancements, updates, and new features in Salesforce to meet evolving business needs.
  • Train and support end-users to maximise their efficiency with Salesforce tools.

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in Salesforce, including advanced configuration, reporting, and administration.
  • Experience in collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams for requirements gathering and process optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of leveraging data for actionable business insights.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot or experience with similar CRM/marketing tools is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying and solving business challenges.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
