This dynamic SEND School is funded by a charity that cater for students with are a nurturing and inclusive educational environment dedicated to supporting students with special educational needs.

- Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties
- ADHD/ADD, ODD
- High Functioning ASC and Asperger's Syndrome
- Social, communication and interaction difficulties
- Anxiety-based problems including attachment disorder and separation
- Speech, Language and Communication needs
- Sensory issues and moderate OT needs
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide tailored support to a specific student, helping them achieve their full potential both academically and socially.
Day-to-day of the role:- Provide 1:1 support to a student with special educational needs.
- Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Support the student in accessing the curriculum and engaging in classroom activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff members to ensure comprehensive support.
- Monitor and record the student's progress and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
- Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.
- A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications or training in special education is a plus.
