- Full time: 08:30am - 3:15pm - Term time only (39 weeks)
- Pay: The salary for this Teaching Assistant position is £16k + per annum, depending on experience.
The successful Teaching Assistant will support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and creating a positive learning environment in Witney. They will assist with the planning and preparation of educational activities and provide individual support to students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons as a Teaching Assistant.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, especially those with special educational needs (SEN).
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment in Witney.
- Help with the preparation of learning materials and resources.
- Monitor and report on student progress.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A degree in Education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field is preferred.
