Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
- Research and recommend suitable mortgage products from a whole-of-market perspective.
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents to facilitate a seamless transaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker.
- CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge of the mortgage market and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented approach.
