Key Responsibilities:
As the Corporate Tax Assistant Manager, your role will include:
- Managing a Portfolio: Overseeing a variety of corporate clients and guiding them through the compliance process.
- Technical Tax Work: Preparing and reviewing corporate tax computations, assisting with group tax planning, and providing insights on tax savings.
- Client Engagement: Building strong relationships, understanding clients' needs, and offering tailored tax solutions.
- Supporting Projects: Collaborating on ad hoc projects, including restructuring and M&A, providing valuable input on tax impacts.
- Mentorship & Teamwork: Working alongside experienced tax professionals, with opportunities to mentor junior team members.
What You'll Bring:
- Qualifications: CTA, ACA, or ACCA
- Experience: Proven expertise in corporation tax compliance, with experience in group compliance, R&D claims, or capital allowances as a bonus.
- Skills: Strong numerical and communication skills, with a client-focused approach and an eye for detail.
