- Producing monthly management accounts including P&L, Balance Sheet and variance analysis against budgets and forecast
- Preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts
- Collection and data capture of project hours by direct employees on all current and ongoing projects driving project performance and margin
- Month end journal preparation including accruals/prepayments
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Quarterly VAT returns
- Credit control
- Maintaining cash book and bank reconciliations
- Weekly Cash flow forecasting
- Processing all supplier invoices and raising sales invoices
- Process credit card payments and staff expenses
- Ensuring that all invoices , expenses & journals are input correctly onto Xero accounts system
- To produce ‘flash’ information as requested by the Directors and Management
