Finance Manager - Finchampstead (on-site) - £60,000 to £65,000 + 10% Bonus
I am pleased to be working in conjunction with a brilliant SME operating in the Renewable energy space based on the outskirts of Reading. Due to a period of continued growth we are partnering with them to find their new Finance Manager reporting into the Financial Controller.
You will be the go to person for any Finance related queries coming from the internal stakeholders, you will be looking after, guiding and leading the transactional team (4 x individuals covering AP, AR & Credit Control). Oh we need to you to be solid at Balance Sheet reconciliations too!
Day to day you can expect to have oversight of....
- Overhead analysis
- Group VAT returns
- Inter-company reconciliations
- Assisting with budgeting & forecasting
- AP & AR functions
- Reporting of all overheads across the business
- Preparation of monthly payroll
- Manage and develop team of 4
- Prep of year end documents ready for audit
- Working with the Financial Controller to improve and review company policies and procedures
About you....
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified
- Excellent excel skills including pivot tables
Salary & Benefits....
- Base salary of £60,000 to £65,000 plus 10% bonus
