Chartered Architect - Berkshire - Salary up to £40,000 + Benefits - Ref 1672
I am currently recruiting for a Chartered Architect to work for a fascinating organisation based in Berkshire. Salary up to £40,000 + Benefits.
The organisation has been in operation for over 5 years and has a fantastic reputation within the residential space which is where most of their projects fall. This could be complete newbuild projects through to extensions and the size, complexity and values vary significantly. You will be working in a small and dedicated practice who do design and build and currently employ close to 15 people.
To aid with the expansion plans of this very exciting business, they now have the need to appoint a Chartered Architect on a permanent basis.
In this role as a Chartered Architect, you will be responsible for going out to customers to conduct consultations which will include interpreting design briefs and conducting site surveys. You will then come back to the office to create the necessary designs typically on AutoCAD. You will be the point of contact for the customer and will see the project through from initial enquiry to completion. Being one of the more Senior members of the team, you will also be signings of PDRs.
Essential Requirements:
- Chartered Architect (Part 3) via RIBA
- At least 2 years experience
- Residential experience
