In short: We require a strong DC Engineer who is comfortable working alone, at times, in assessing the work of a supplier across 4 DC's. You'll be working closely with the supplier, highlighting any issues and planning any remediation activities along with providing hands on support.

You'll need CDCTP and CDCMP.

Assisting the manager to locate and audit existing inhouse and 3rd party processesReviewing existing software and CMDB capabilities and evolving correction action so said systems are maintainedCapturing access control methods, and physical security needsCreating solid plans to assist in the migration of processes, procedures and supplier mechanisms from 3rd Party to clientDependency and Risk ManagementStakeholder Managemente-Permit ManagementCMDB management and updates, along with Network Discovery capabilityChange ManagementServiceNow and E-Permits, approval, and creationIncident ManagementCapacity ManagementAccess ManagementProviding Safety briefingsEveryone working in the DCs must be inducted or escorted by an approved, inducted person.

Accredited to one or both of the following certifications:*CDCTP: Certified Data Centre Technician Professional*CDCMP: Certified Data Centre Management ProfessionalPersonal skills:A self starter, results driven, highly motivatedExceptional planning skills, and stakeholder managementA problem solver, and able to live in the grey to find outcomesStrong people skills, good at listening, leading and ability to flex to hit early milestones
