- Lead and inspire a dedicated kitchen brigade to consistently deliver high-quality cuisine.
- Oversee banqueting operations for large-scale events with a focus on efficiency and precision.
- Develop innovative menus that cater to a wide range of guest preferences.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments, particularly the Sales Office, to ensure seamless event execution.
- Train and develop team members to maintain a high standard of service across all F&B outlets.
