REED Practice is seeking an Outsourcing Manager for a rapidly growing Top 100 firm based in Reading.
The role involves managing financial outsourcing for a portfolio of clients, including bookkeeping, VAT returns, and management accounts.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience as ACA or ACCA and relevant experience in a similar role.
The position requires leading and developing a team, ensuring high-quality deliverables are met on time, and performing ad hoc analysis.

REED Practice are currently working with a rapidly growing, Top 100 firm that are based in Reading. They are currently seeking an Outsourcing manager to join their friendly & approachable team.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Managing the financial outsourcing for a portfolio of clients, including but not limited to bookkeeping, VAT returns (with partial exemption) and management accounts in accordance with UK GAAP and IFRS.
Ensuring all monthly, quarterly and year end deliverables are completed to a high-quality standard and deadlines are met.
Leading and developing a team of direct reports, including managing performance, setting goals and ongoing training.
Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested.

To be considered for this role you will need to be ACA or ACCA post qualified for at least 3 years and have similar experience in a similar role.
