This is a remote role so need someone who is independent, self-motivated and can do a 360 role.

To succeed you will:
- 12 months+ previous experience working within the Engineering, Tech or Finance markets
- Self-motivated and Results- focused
- Goal driven, ambitious and financially motivated
- Resilient, persistent and determined

- Proven successful track record
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong negotiation skills
- Independent but also a Team player
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Staying up-to-date with latest industry knowledge and market trends
- Develop new successful client relationships through networking and cold-calling
- Source the best talent in your market using networking, headhunting and selective processes
