We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our client on a long term basis, based in Wokingham. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional to support the organisation's talent acquisition efforts and make an immediate impact.

The key focus of this role is to clear a backlog of candidates, and manage the (ATS) effectively.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and clear the current candidate backlog, ensuring all applicants are processed efficiently and fairly.
  • Organise, update, and maintain the ATS, ensuring all candidate records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates to meet the organisation's recruitment needs.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide updates on candidate progress.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  • Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and process improvements.

Profile

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment resourcing role.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and experience in managing candidate pipelines.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
  • A proactive approach and a can-do attitude.
