We are working closely with a phenomenal school in Wokingham who are looking for an experienced individual with a Level 3 qualification (equivalent to A Level) to join their team in a Room Lead position. The Room Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the room and will perform an important role caring for children. The Room Lead will be overseeing a Stage 2 room, with children aged from 4-5 years old. The school has an excellent reputation along with positive reviews from staff, making it the perfect place to grow and evolve!

The Ideal Room Lead will be:

  • Level 3 or equivalent qualified in a relative subject
  • Experienced in a similar role or environment
  • Well educated about children's formative stages
