We are seeking dedicated Tutors in Science, English, and Maths to join our dynamic educational team. This role offers flexibility in working days, with options for 5, 3, or 2 days per week. Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the needs of diverse student groups.
- Assess, monitor, and report on the progress of students.
- Develop and use instructional materials suitable for verbal or visual instruction of students.
- Provide feedback to students using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage and motivate.
- Collaborate with other educational staff to plan and coordinate work.
- Maintain up-to-date records of students' progress and development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience in teaching Science, English, or Maths at various levels.
- Strong understanding of the current curriculum of your subject.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students.
- Flexibility to adapt to diverse learning needs.
