Responsibilities:
- Undertakingempty property refurbishments
- Would be ideal to have a experience in a social housing refurbishments - Carpentry, plumbing, tiling, masonry
- 2nd fix carpentry repairs, door replacements, basic plumbing, minor masonry repairs internal & external
Requirements:
- Time Served/NVQ qualified Tradesperson
- Full tool set
- Full driving licence
