Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective language lessons in one or more foreign languages.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Lead the MFL department (for Head of MFL position), overseeing curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
- Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to enrich the student experience.
Qualifications:
- A degree in a relevant language or related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
- Leadership experience (for Head of MFL position) is desirable.
