Residential Property SolicitorWokinghamA well established, national firm have an exciting opportunity to join their Wokingham office within the firms Residential Property department.The successful candidate will have upwards of 3PQE within Residential Property matters. Main Duties include:
  • Efficiently manage caseload, meeting personal targets and deadlines independently.
  • Take full responsibility for files from opening to completion, ensuring compliance with SLA's and regulations.
  • Receive instructions, draft legal documents, and engage with counterparts proactively.
  • Ensure accurate billing and proper fund allocation upon completion. Provide supervision and support to Paralegals.
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients, introducers, and third parties.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and high performance with a focus on customer care.
