We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Commercial Paralegal to assist with legal operations within our vibrant and progressive company. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, has a strong background in commercial contracts, and is looking to thrive in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist with the drafting of Business Agreements, Terms of Business, and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
  • Review and amend contractual documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Support the business in managing legal and external supplier relationships, including managing engagement agreements.
  • Handle legal administration tasks such as record keeping and proofreading documents for accuracy.
  • Monitor compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, providing advice and guidance on upcoming changes.
  • Maintain and support a contract template library.
  • Support key opportunities to help identify and support contracting strategies to mitigate risk, ensuring a smooth and efficient contract process with customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Commercial Paralegal, with a strong focus on commercial contracts.
  • Professional and precise communication skills, capable of translating legal requirements into layman's terms for management.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively without supervision and meet deadlines.
  • High level of precision and accuracy with a pragmatic approach.
  • Common sense and the ability to use one’s own initiative are crucial.
