Talent Guardian is excited to present this opportunity for an Office Assistant on behalf of our prestigious client. This Full Time, Permanent role involves working alongside the Senior Office Manager to ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of their professional facility in Winnesh.Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal team members
  • Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness standards, addressing issues promptly
  • Process and track service recharges accurately
  • Implement organisational procedures consistently
  • Conduct regular Health & Safety compliance checks including weekly fire alarm testing
  • Support the Senior Office Manager with client relocations within the facility
  • Provide proactive solutions to client inquiries and concerns
  • Maintain excellent standards in common areas
  • Oversee meeting room scheduling and preparation
  • Manage distribution of mail and parcels for clients
  • Fulfil document processing needs including copying, scanning, and postal services
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock office supplies and refreshments as needed
  • Uphold strict confidentiality standards and adhere to data protection protocols
  • Demonstrate environmental awareness in all operational activities
