Billing Analyst - £200 - £225 per day - Wokingham - 4 month contract - Hybrid
My client is currently seeking a Billing Analyst to cover for a busy period. This is an exciting role working in a great business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process invoices for clients in a timely manner.
- Review and verify billing data for accuracy and completeness.
- Analyse billing discrepancies and resolve issues in a prompt manner.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary billing information.
- Maintain billing records and update databases as needed.
- Assist in the development of billing procedures and policies.
- Generate regular reports on billing activities and financial performance.
- Provide support during audits and respond to inquiries related to billing.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and compliance regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Billing Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with billing software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
