Customer Care Manager - Permanent - Berkshire- 48,000+ plus package
Introduction & Role
We are currently representing a House Builder, who are seeking a Customer Care Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The role entails being the first point of contact for customers from point of handover, answering calls and queries accurately and efficiently and meeting at the properties as required.
Day to day
- Meeting customers in their properties, carrying out inspections as necessary on reported defects or issues.
- Writing reports from inspections to discuss with the Customer Care department and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure any works to be carried out by contractors or Maintenance Operatives are completed to the best quality and to the customers' expectations.
- Work closely with site teams and contractors to notify on any reoccuring patterns or issues that arise.
- Carry out home demonstrations
- Manage any complaints that arise with customers' and deal with effectively alongside the Head of department.
- Travelling across the region, the candidate will be ideally located around the Berkshire/Surrey area to cover several developments around the outskirts of the M25 and South.
Key Skills required
- Previous experience within a Customer Service Manager / Customer Relations Managerrole, or similar in the House Building/ New Homesindustry.
- Flexbility to travel to sites around the region operated (to be discussed)
- Excellent communication and customer facing skills
- Excellent report and email writing skills and proficient with IT.
