Working Hours : 37.5hours 8:30-4:30

Start date: ASAP End date: Ongoing

-Must be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, Community Inpatient experience, or similar.

Job Summary:

The Occupational Therapist (OT) will assess, plan, and implement therapeutic programs to help clients achieve maximum independence in daily living activities. Working with diverse populations, including children, adults, and seniors, the OT will focus on enhancing clients’ physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assessment and Evaluation

    • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients’ physical, mental, and emotional capabilities.
    • Develop individualized care plans based on findings, ensuring alignment with clients’ goals and needs.
    • Administer standardized tests and interpret results to inform treatment plans.
  2. Intervention and Treatment

    • Design and implement therapeutic activities to improve clients’ skills in daily living, work, and leisure.
    • Utilize assistive devices and adaptive equipment to support clients' functionality and independence.
    • Modify environments (e.g., home, work) to enhance clients' accessibility and comfort.
