Our client is a well establised manufacturing company based 5 Minutes from Wokingham train station. They are looking to bring on an Office Mananger/PA.

The salary is £30-35k. Hybrid 2 days a week in office 3 days from home.

Job Summary:We are looking for an organised, proactive, and adaptable Office Manager / Personal Assistant (PA) to join our small family owned electronics company based in Wokingham. This hybrid role involves managing day-to-day office operations and providing administrative support to senior management to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily running of the office, including supplies, facilities management, and general administrative tasks
  2. Act as the main point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and communications
  3. Provide PA support to senior management, including diary management, booking travel, and arranging meetings
  4. Assist with internal communications, event planning, and ad-hoc project support
  5. Manage confidential documents and maintain accurate filing and records
  6. Liaise with external suppliers and manage contracts and service agreements
  7. Support HR with onboarding and administrative tasks when needed

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in office management, administration, or PA roles
  2. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  5. Ability to work independently and show initiative
  6. Experience in the electronics or technology sector is a bonus, but not essential

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
