This multi-site successful and professional business based in Wokingham are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join their team to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are up to date and our communicated throughout the business.

Compliance Officer Responsibilities:

  • Providing efficient and professional support to the business
  • Ensure that the business is completely compliant and research and investigate any issues that may arise
  • Identify any practices that may risk compliance regulations
  • Ensure that regular risk assessment to understand and identify and issues
  • Ensure that policies and procedures are up to date
  • Assist the wider teams as and when required

Compliance Officer Requirements:

  • A thorough understanding of Compliance and Regulatory laws and practices
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office 365
  • Analytically minded with proven data analysis skills
  • An excellent communicator
  • Experience of compliance in a professional services environment.
