Whether you’re from a medical device background or have QC experience in other ISO-regulated industries such as automotive, pharma, or food production, this role could be the perfect next step in your career.Your Role: What You’ll DoAs the Quality Control Supervisor, you’ll take the lead in ensuring the highest quality standards are met while overseeing and supporting a small but mighty QC team. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading by Example: Oversee a team of 2 QC operators, mentoring and guiding them while being hands-on when required.
  • Quality Control Excellence: Establish and maintain QC policies and procedures that align with ISO standards and company objectives.
  • Inspection and Testing: Supervise QC activities, ensuring compliance and quality standards are upheld across the board.
  • Problem Solving: Identify quality issues, investigate root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with production and engineering teams to streamline processes, reduce defects, and enhance quality.
