Vacancy: SALES VALUER - Residential Estate Agency

Salary: OTE: £50k

This is an exciting opportunity for someone, a Sales Lister to work for a forward-thinking estate agency who are taking the local market by storm!
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Estate Agency with a proven track record in winning valuations and instructions for the right price and at the right fee.
You will need to be passionate, energetic, enthusiastic, and able to motivate and get the best out of your team. You will help manage the day to day running of the sales business and will be able to self-motivate and drive the business to a high level.
A determined attitude is an absolute must to succeed within this hugely successful company.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, driven and personable with an excellent track record in estate agency and helping to drive a property sales business forward.
The Company: Our client is an independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation across the Wokingham area.
Skills required for this Sales Valuer / Lister role will include:
- Previous significant experience as a residential sales
- Significant Listing / Valuations experience
- Good understanding of the sales process
- Excellent ability to build rapport
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Motivated to achieve and exceed targets
- Ability to manage own time effectively
- Determined and motivational attitude
