This Principal Contractor delivers high-end Interior Fit and New Build Construction projects within the Motor Sport ( Formula One), Healthcare and Commercial Office sectors .
Project values range from 500k up to 20 million .
Clients span the Professional Services, Automotive, Formula One, Logistics and Healthcare Sectors.
As a result of growth the company need an experienced Construction Estimator .
The successful candidate will be engaging with specialist subcontractors, pulling together costs and reviewing submissions for Interiors and Construction packages. (Project Values up to 20 million).
A varied an interesting role, the successful candidate will have/ be
- A construction related qualification
- Able to demonstrate High End Construction & Interiors Package Estimating experience gained in the UK.
- Estimated for a range of Interior Fit Out, Refurbishment and New Build Construction Projects ( Non Residential)
With great long term career prospects and the chance to work on some diverse projects the role comes with a basic salary of 95k-110k (DOE) plus company car or a car allowance, pension, medical, company bonus and 25 days holiday.
