Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Property Manager for our client based in Wokingham.

Role: Property Manager

Location: Wokingham

Salary: £25,000 to £27,000 per annum

Looking for a dynamic and hands-on Property Manager to join a well-established property management organisation. Your role will be to provide a high-quality management service to their valued customers and ensure their needs are met. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside a Senior Property Manager and the Managing Director, both experts in the industry, who will provide training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent management service to customers within your portfolio
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure prompt and effective communication
  • Assist customers with budget preparation, AGM coordination, and maintenance services
  • Maintain records and ensure compliance with property management laws and regulations
  • Provide specifications and quotations for property management and maintenance
  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance contractors and services
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Manager for financial processes
  • Liaise with directors to keep them informed of portfolio management
  • Prepare monthly reports for staff meetings

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property management is recommended but not essential
  • A real hands-on approach and willingness to take proactive measures
  • Ability to travel within Berkshire and the Thames Valley region
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
