Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Corporate Receptionist for our client based in Wokingham.

Role: Corporate Receptionist - 12 Month Fixed term basis initially

Location: Wokingham

Hourly Rate: £13.65 per hour

Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 36 hours per week (unpaid one hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner and direct them appropriately.
  • Coordinate with catering and events teams regarding events and meeting room co-ordination.
  • Sign in visitors and issue badges.
  • Manage visitor schedule.
  • Support with events when available.
  • Oversee car EV charging points.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience working as a Corporate Receptionist is desirable
  • Skilled with IT, using various software packages
  • SIA license preferred or full training will be given
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
  • Proactive and takes initiative to solve problems and support where needed.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and excel along with other relevant software tools.
  • Team Player
  • Adaptable, able to handle a busy working environment
