Our client, a boutique executive search firm based near Twyford, is looking for a bright, proactive and detail orientated Executive Search Researcher/Resourcer to join their growing team.
As a Researcher you will demonstrate the ability to work proactively in a team and be comfortable working in a target driven environment where you will build candidate talent pools and help with research on both search and interim assignments. You will receive excellent training and work alongside some highly experienced and successful Client Partners.

The role is office based 4 days a week and working from home on a Friday. They also offer modern office facilities, free onsite parking and regular team events and social activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research and mapping exercises to identify potential candidates for senior-level positions
- Build and maintain comprehensive talent pools across various sectors for HR, leadership and interim talent
- Develop creative research strategies to uncover hard-to-find talent
- Support consultants with candidate identification, approach, and initial screening
- Maintain our database with accurate and up-to-date information
- Prepare detailed research reports and market intelligence for clients
- Support the production of client proposals and presentations
Skills and Experience
- Educated to degree level
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- Superb communication skills, able to liaise with people at all levels
- Commercially aware with strong business acumen
- Proactive, lots of initiative and able to work in a team
