EXPERIENCED RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

REMOTE WORKING (Applicants must live within a 15 mile radius of Wokingham. Although this will predominantly be a remote role, we will require some flexibility for occasional team meetings)

£30,000- £40,000 (DOE) + UNCAPPED COMMISSION

We are actively looking to engage with experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultants who are passionate about their work and can demonstrate a track record of having achieved/exceeded monthly, financial targets.

Our focus is NOT on weekly KPIs, we are looking to entrust our consultant to run their own profitable desk.

Candidates who apply MUST:

Possess a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in permanent, agency recruitment
Be able to work in a fast-moving recruitment environment
Have a desire/ passion to earn beyond a basic salary
Be professional, efficient and organised, with a self-motivated approach to their work
Possess strong communication skills
Have confidence in showing initiative
Have a passion to deliver
Be able to demonstrate strong literacy and reasoning skills
Be happy to mirror our flexibility as a business, by taking calls from candidates or clients outside of core working hours, if and when required
