What you’ll be doing

Building meaningful relationships with candidates through consultative calls to truly understand their needs, skills and career aspirations
Engaging and collaborating with clients to deliver tailored recruitment solutions
Attracting top-talent using job boards and social media.
Multitasking like a pro as you balance candidate management and client engagement
Attending virtual and face to face meetings with hiring managers to understand their needs.
Contributing to business development and expanding our client network.
Participating in marketing activities and events.
