We are looking for a dedicated Mental Health Support Assistant to join a dynamic school in Wokingham, working with students facing anxiety, trauma, and a range of social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.

As a Mental Health Support Assistant, you'll:?? Provide tailored emotional and behavioral support to students dealing with anxiety, trauma, and other mental health challenges?? Help students manage their emotions and develop coping strategies in a safe and nurturing environment?? Work closely with teachers and mental health professionals to create personalized plans and support strategies?? Foster a sense of trust and belonging for students who may have experienced instability and hardship
