About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Support students who face complex challenges, including adverse childhood experiences.
- Provide pastoral care and emotional support to enhance students' self-esteem and resilience.
- Help students overcome barriers to learning, fostering both personal and academic development.
- Collaborate with teachers and multi-therapy teams to deliver tailored interventions and promote positive behaviors.
